SADIE MOAZZAM

Sadie was born and raised down the block from the landmark Ansonia Hotel in a brownstone apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side until she relocated to her Mother’s home town in England aged 8. After graduating from the University of the Arts, London College of Fashion with a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing she returned to NYC in 2006 where she has worked as both an Interior Designer and Fashion Stylist.

Sadie’s client relationships benefit from her keen ability to interpret and consider the needs of others whilst consulting on a wide range of disciplines, including interiors and lifestyle.

In her role as real estate advisor searching for the perfect property, client relationship are fundamental. “I often find that people know what they want but are not always able to express it. My skillful observations and considerations enable clients to feel heard and understood..My love of architectural spaces and my design background give me an appreciation of possibility and an understanding of what steps need to be taken to present and create a space to its best potential. My knowledge of the city neighborhoods and their individual charms assist in the culmination of a successful search.”

Sadie lives in Hudson Heights, a beautiful enclave of Washington Heights described by many as a hidden gem. Among its many treasures are The Cloisters museum and gardens, beautiful vistas of the Palisades and well-travelled paths for cyclists and walkers along the Hudson.
